They sign, control and monitor the professionally assigned employees:inside, trainees, entrepreneurs and suppliers. They ensure the timely availability of personnel and materials. They function as an interface to planners, project managers and specialist departments and participate in construction meetings, administrative decreases, etc. They independently create dimensions and documentation and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for the customer's acceptance and assignment. They contribute to the post-submission management and to the creation of the billing documents.

Training: completed subject-specific at least three years of vocational training and many years of professional experience as well as specialist and specialist knowledge Experiences and know-how: expertise in the field of safety technology as well as knowledge of applied standards, e.g. DIN 14675, VDE 0833 and relevant topics on building law, e.g. VOB Qualification: MS Office Class B knowledge and driving licence Personality and working methods: strong, organisational, binding, customer- and targeted, high team and motivation, as well as participation in the standby service
