As an active member of the management, you will develop the area of work & vocational training strategically and focus it across the range on the needs of clients In close coordination with the management as well as the associated management forces, you take over the professional-pedagogical, conceptual and organizational further development of the performance fields A special focus is on the advancement of digitalization projects and the optimization of internal processes and structures to increase efficiency and quality You are responsible for economic planning, risk management and personnel planning and development within your area The cooperation with cost-benefits, bodies and network partners will make you active and secure a professional positioning of your area inside and outside
