You are responsible for maintaining and controlling processes and quality in the field of local transport. You are a contact person for customers and other DACHSER branches. You perform tasks in the delivery and holding positions and dispose of shipments according to qualitative, economic and customer-oriented specifications. You create and monitor the area-specific key figures and are responsible for their compliance. You lead their team as a professional and disciplinary supervisor (m/w/d), taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals, in coordination with their direct pre-legislators.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or other qualification. You have relevant professional experience in the field of forwarding, ideally focusing on distance travel. You ideally have first leadership experience. You have very good English and ideally also French knowledge. You work independently, your way of thinking is solution-oriented and you always act completely across all areas of the company. You are highly team capacity and possess enforcement capability.
