Development, training and support of the Banking Advisers in the field of consultancy: pensions, insurance and assets are created with the aim of a self-employed, successful self-distribution of consultants in the context of comprehensive, needs-oriented and efficient consultation. Participation in the determination of the qualification requirements of the bank advisers, planning and implementation of specialist, product and IDD trainings, as well as trainings with the application of the Precautionary House and the AgreeBAP operations ''Precaution and Insurance'' at customer appointments Qualification of bank advisers by information, training, training on the job and coaching, among others by the active sale of products in the bank's own distribution To ensure the sustainability of the training measures carried out by regular coordination with the corresponding managers of private and commercial customers
