Managing Director/COO (m/f/d)

In the course of his growth course, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic managing director / COO (m/w/d) for our customer at his main location in the Stuttgart area.

As Managing Director / COO (m/w/d), you are fully responsible for the technical and disciplinary management, control and further development (operative and strategic) of all business areas of the site including P&L responsibility. You control the further development of the manufacturing processes as well as the entire value chain based on lean production, continue to harmonize and standardize the cross-departmental processes and ensure further sharpening of key account management towards customers. Your tasks include the sustainable increase in efficiency and efficiency, as well as the expansion of the production capacity of the site. Another key component of your role is the leadership and development of employees, the design of site communication and the creation and promotion of a cross-disciplinary information flow.

Based on a successfully completed study in the field of engineering (ideally economic engineering) you have multi-year leadership experience in a production company. You also have very good experience in large-scale production (e.g. automotive or art related) and are familiar with the latest production and production technologies. You are a strategic and process-oriented leader with very good knowledge in the optimization of the value chain of a producing company. In this context you have deeper knowledge in Operational Excellence and in Lean Production. A team-oriented leadership style as well as very good communicative skills belong to your strengths as well as very good knowledge in German and English.
