The Working Group Data Management Messstellebetrieb is responsible for the processes of device management, counter reading management, reading control, counter reading and key management of SWKiel Kiel Netz GmbH. As a Process Manager for Measure Management (m/w/d), ensure the quality, availability and timely provision of measurement data for intelligent measurement systems (iMS) and registering performance measurements (rLM) and continuously develop the necessary processes and systems. Your tasks in detail: You analyse data quality, plausibility and completeness, control post-care and replacement value acquisition and coordinate the necessary measures to ensure proper measurement processing in the event of disturbances. In addition, you process and coordinate cases of clarification, develop viable solutions for customers, market partners and internal areas of expertise, and ensure the complete processing of cases taking into account regulatory and process requirements. You evaluate legal, regulatory and technical requirements, continuously develop processes and workflows and derive measures for the sustainable optimization of measured value management. By creating work instructions and training documents as well as supporting, teaching and working with employees, you will ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer in the field.

You are a specialist in measuring value management and the energy industry and want to actively contribute your expertise to the design and development of a modern measuring point operation. You have acquired a qualification in the field of automated measurement data processing, intelligent measurement systems or comparable energy-economic tasks and have relevant professional experience or a technical or commercial advancement with a pronounced IT affinity. You have a well-founded knowledge of measured value processing as well as energy-economic market processes and legal frameworks and provide the willingness to continuously incorporate into new technical, technical and regulatory requirements. Your analytical mindset, conceptual strength and a structured and solution-oriented way of working are both excellent and you will also develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions in complex issues. With your own initiative, sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality, you are actively driving issues forward, shaping changes and enjoy developing processes and workflows continuously.
