Own-responsible and timely billing with the billing software Loga for a defined group of employees taking into account the statutory and operational provisions Communication with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions incl. Reporting and certification Legal notices at the start of employment and end of employment Competent:r Contact:in for managers and employees on pay and billing topics Monitoring and processing of time management Cooperation in the development and optimization of HR processes and in special projects, creation of HR reports Takeover of operational-administrative tasks such as maintenance, testing and management of personnel master files as well as personnel files (physical/digital)

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus on accounting or wage accounting Ideally, further training to the personal businessman (w/m/d), to the IHK specialist in wage billing or comparable further education At least three years of experience in the field of pay billing Knowledge in the areas of social security and wage tax necessary, labour law advantageous Safe handling of billing software (loga of advantage) as well as common MS Office products Self-employed, structured and careful working in compliance with the necessary discretion Joy in the development of the department as well as the group of companies
