Management and management of the entire gastronomic area in the representation of the department of the university gastronomy. Professional experience in an operational management function in the upscale gastronomy. Professional experience in project work. A desirable way of comprehensive leadership experience. Excellent customer/service orientation as well as a strong target and result orientation. Excellent ways of handling, communication strength and a convincing appearance.
