• Implementation and further development of regular reports on common KPIs in the HR-Lifecycle, such as, for example, personnel stock (FTE), health/health rate, fluctuation, multi-working/guiding time accounts etc.

• Participation in projects and subprojects in the field of HR controlling and HR systems

• Providing Ad-Hoc analyses and forecasts, as well as the appropriate preparation of personal business

• Data quality assurance in the HR systems SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Support for monthly and annual accounts activities such as delimitation and resettlement calculation, annual report and cooperation with auditors

• Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or Similar

• Including multi-year professional experience in controlling, ideally in personal controlling

• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and ideally experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Analytical thinking and number affinity

• Independent, structured operation as well as pronounced communication and presentation capability
