Legal Counsel / Full-time lawyer (m/w/d) part-time

On the exclusive order we are looking for a Legal Counsel/Fulljurist (m/w/d) in parttime (20-30 hours/W.)

Location: Frankfurt/Main, Berlin

As a generalist, you examine, design and negotiate a wide range of civil and economic law contracts in German and English. Consultation and general legal support of management, e.g. for issues relating to the interpretation of contracts with business partners or for ongoing projects Identification of risks and development of legal risk mitigation processes Creation and verification of contracts with international business partners Monitoring and compliance of compliance requirements and support in their implementation

Successfully completed studies in law (1st and 2nd state exams or comparable international qualification) Legal knowledge in civil, contractual and commercial law Excellent communication skills in German and English Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work commitment, flexibility and ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
