Full-time executive search consultant (m/f/d)

The group consists of 5 business units: MSU Consulting, MSU Sales Services, MSU Interim Management, MSU Recruiting Services and MSU Executive Search. For one of our Health Care teams, we are looking for a full-time consultant (m/w/d) who supports us in project execution as part of our steady growth.

As a consultant in the Executive Search, you play a central role in our projects. You accompany the entire recruiting process – from market analysis to the identification of suitable candidates. In your daily work, you conduct structured telephone conversations, evaluate professional and personal qualifications and coordinate the next steps to successful occupation. At the same time, you continuously research relevant market and business information, expand our network and provide precise documentation to ensure that all processes run transparently and efficiently. You work closely with our project managers and contribute significantly to providing both candidates and clients with first-class advice and support.

A completed training or study form the basis for your entry into this position; a basic commercial understanding is advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. You are communicative, structured and value an activity in which service orientation and analytical thinking are equally sought. Ideally, you have first experience in recruiting, sales, customer support or in a similar role. A safe language expression – both oral and written – is one of your strengths. In addition, you work reliably, keep an overview even in lively phases and act targeted. Communication joy, empathy and a high level of readiness for learning and further development complete your profile.
