End-to-End Process Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

Recording and structuring processes: You collect operational warehouse and logistics processes together with the departments, structure requirements along the end-to-end processes and ensure a uniform technical process understanding between operations and IT. SAP-WM-related process evaluation: Based on the technically defined processes, you analyze their mapping in SAP WM, check customizing, system logic and interfaces and identify system-side optimization and simplification potentials. Designing optimizations & formulating requirements: Together with operations and IT, you develop potentials for the use of AI based solutions in the warehouse and logistics environment and translate them into feasible and value-creating concepts Close cooperation with IT: Together with internal IT teams and external partners, if necessary, you bring requirements to your destination, clarify technical and technical questions, and accompany adjustments until the solution and need fit together properly Test & Introduction Support: In tests, acceptances and rollouts, you can participate in support, introduce your professional perspective and help to ensure a stable and practical implementation in operational everyday life.

Experience in process and request management: You have over 2-5 years of professional experience in Business Process Management, Requirements Engineering or a comparable role - ideally in the logistics or warehouse environment. SAP knowledge (focus WM): You have experience in the SAP environment, in particular with SAP WM, and understand how technical processes are mapped on the system. Studies: You have completed a study of economic informatics, economic engineering, technical logistics or a similar subject. Working methods and methods: You have proven experience in the structured recording, analysis and development of business processes as well as in the planning, control and documentation of projects. In addition, you are safe in handling popular PM tools like Jira or Confluence. Language skills: We require very good German knowledge and good English skills. Cooperation & Responsibility: You communicate clearly, work bindingly with different stakeholders: both together and advance themes pragmatically and independently.
