Account Manager (m/w/d) in full time - unlimited

As a host in your branch, you wake up our vision – SportScheck is the meeting point for the sport experience – on site to life Your tasks are recruitment, leadership, further development and motivation of your employees to inspire our customers every day. You control all processes around the goods handling, visual merchandising and sales to ensure smooth processes and an optimal store appearance Make sure we receive our customers in tactical, inspiring and structured branches and inspire them with the appropriate product presentation You are responsible for the management of your branch according to economic indicators and the definition and consistent implementation of the resulting measures The long-term positive development of your branch also at cost points rounds off your range of tasks

You are a retailer in meat and blood – a service-oriented culture and the behavior of a host will distinguish you and you actively live the whole thing in your store In a similar position you could already earn 3 years of leadership experience As a basis, you will bring an economic study or comparable training in trade or in the sports field with You think and trade entrepreneurship, take personal responsibility and constantly work on improvements on site You bring analytical thinking, are communication-proof and powerful The multi-channel retail enthuses you, you are always online and offline informed and you know the benchmarks on the market Your passion for sport will take you to your job and put your team in your enthusiasm
