SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant Time Management (m/f/d)

In your role, as part of the nine-headed HCM team, you take on the technical support of the SAP HCM time management as well as adjacent modules and actively shape their continuous development. Technical and legal requirements are implemented by you through targeted customization and needs-oriented developments in the SAP environment. The requirements of the departments analyze, visualize, structure and evaluate and translate them into sustainable, practical solutions. You work in IT projects and accompany them from conception to successful implementation. In close cooperation with team members, IT project management and specialist areas, you can help users as competent and service-oriented IT consulting.

(First) practical experience as an SAP application consultant in the SAP HCM environment, ideally focusing on SAP PT (Zeitwirtschaft) Interest in personal business processes as well as understanding their technical mapping in SAP HCM Ideally, knowledge in schemes and rules of the SAP-Zeitwirtschaft, in the associated customizing as well as at the interfaces for pay billing (SAP HCM PY) Experience in the analysis of technical requirements and their implementation in structured, high-quality SAP solutions High level of self-responsibility, quality orientation, team capacity and joy in developing new solutions and innovating existing processes Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or comparable training
