As the head of our ISOTEC Academy, you will design the entire training landscape for over 1,200 employees in the DACH region. You develop innovative training concepts, strengthen executives and ensure that all employees are optimally prepared for their tasks – professional, personal and cultural. With more than 85 partner companies at 150 locations, ISOTEC is one of the leading specialists in the rehabilitation of moisture damage. In this context, the Academy is far more than just a Nice-to-have – it forms the foundation for quality, sustainability and cultural development throughout the company.

Leadership with Vision You lead the Academy team, plan budgets and tax resources You position the Academy as a strategic engine for the further development of our corporate culture Cooperation across departments You work closely with technology, HR and sales so that training is always at the heart of practice You make sure our ISOTEC staff can do what they need for tomorrow Training concepts with substance You develop and implement programs for technology, sales, new employees and executives You create formats for personality development and leadership skills that have real effect Quality and effectiveness You introduce feedback processes, tests and evaluation formats to make learning success measurable You ensure the didactic quality and continuously develop training content

Deep experience in human resources development, adult education or continuing training

Know-how in the design of learning formats, ideally also for managers

Passion for Structure, Quality and Development

Communication strength, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial thinking

First management experience and a safe handling of digital tools (e.g. LMS systems)
