Support Specialist - Focus on Applications (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the customer-oriented, friendly and efficient application support of the IT solutions offered. You analyze, prioritise and process the incoming disturbances and inquiries. Thanks to customer-friendly customization, you support the optimal use of the software solutions and build sustainable know-how for users. You are in close contact with the product team and solve complex customer requests and participate in meetings. You are the link between the customers and the development team and supports us in the further development of our products based on the customer feedback. For your work, you use modern technologies such as ticket systems, customer portals, knowledge bases, MS teams and highly integrated telephony systems.

Complete training in commercial or IT fields, e.g. as a specialist informant Professional experience in user support Good knowledge in the application of communication strategies High customer and solution orientation Deescalation competence
