We are looking forward to you from 15.05.2026 for a weekend individual care of a 6-year-old boy as part of a small job. The body shall be terminated.

Your workplace: your home – on selected weekends.

For individual weekends a month (approx. 1–2), you take care of a young person in primary school in a framework that allows rest, reliability and undivided attention.

The weekends (Friday to Sunday) are designed independently and oriented to the respective circumstances, personal strengths and the resulting relationship. The aim is to create a protected space in which development, self-effectiveness and stability become possible.

♪ These are your tasks:

• You take care of the young person regularly 1–2 times a month at your home as a temporary measure of a family group – in close consultation with colleagues.
• On the agreed weekends in your own household, you will design everyday life together with it individually, situation-oriented and with plenty of space for movement and activities, especially outdoors.
• You see young people in their uniqueness with their individual needs, interests and potentials
• You create a reliable, acquainted and clear relationship where orientation, security and development are possible. Also in challenging moments you remain present, structured and capable of action.
• A central part of your task is to give young people undivided attention and provide them with a framework in which he can experience self-reality and experience connections between his actions and his environment.
• In addition, you are a reliable spokesperson for both young people and for colleagues, institutions and authorities.
• The organisational coordination (weekend planning, handovers, etc.) takes place in close cooperation with the responsible body.

• An attractive remuneration according to pay group 8 of the employment contract guidelines Kurhessen-Waldeck (AVR.KW) for the Diakonischer Werk area, which in full time (39 hours) corresponds to a remuneration according to the classification between 4.064.62 Euro and 4.693,67 Euro gross per month
