Your tasks:

• You lead and motivate employees
• You continuously improve working processes under Taking into account the OPEX tolerances.
• They are for the creation and achievement of the KPI ́s in the entrusted area responsible
• Absence planning of employees in coordination with other Team Leaders and Site Management

Your profile:

• Successful training in logistics and at least 4 years Professional experience
• They can be used flexibly, work independently and conscientious
• They are team-ready, reliable, ready to learn, committed and motivated
• Good knowledge of German
