Our team at the Mannheim, Gaggenau, Wörth and Leinfelden locations consists of 15 highly motivated colleagues. We are located across locations and internationally oriented. WHAT WHAT? You accompany our consultants: in transition and change processes, area developments, project consulting and personnel development measures at our locations in Germany You support the consultants: in the design, preparation, execution and refurbishment of our customer projects in personal and virtual settings You get the task to create/ edit presentations, seminar content and workshop documents You carry out conceptual tasks independently You also expect to take over smaller projects and administrative activities

THE BRINGS Registered:r Student:in the field Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, Educational Sciences (with focus on adult education) or a comparable degree course Interest in cultural topics, change management and systemic advice Very good knowledge of German and English Safe occurrence High spatial and temporal flexibility Embossed contact and communication skills Joy in dealing with people High self-controllability Team skills Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
