Projektmanager Digital Workplace (m/w/d)

Sutthauser Straße 280 49080 Osnabrück You advise and support the departments in the introduction and optimization of digital workflows using the entire Microsoft 365 product range You analyze and optimize existing workflows You develop the digital workplace environment with focus on Microsoft 365 (e.g. teams, power apps, planners, OneNote, copilot etc.) You take over the development and introduction of RPA-Robot Process Automation, e.g. based on PowerAutomate You carry out trainings and workshops to empower and increase the digital competence of employees and to use Microsoft Copilot (KI agents) You evaluiate new IT tools and innovative technologies to continuously improve the digital working environment

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable You could already gain first professional experience in project management Ideally, you already bring Microsoft certifications in the M365 area You are characterized by very good organizational and communication skills and a high IT affinity You have the pleasure of carrying out digitalization projects and knowledge transfer in the context of internal training
