Support for HR Business Partners: Support our HR Business Partners in their daily tasks and help efficiently implement HR projects and design staff support. Recruiting and employee transfer: Immerse yourself in the world of recruiting and support us in the organization and implementation of application processes. Learn how to deal with BR hearings and employee transfers. Business integration management (BEM): Get insights into the BEM process and help administratively support the reintegration of employees after prolonged illness. HR administration and reporting: support in the creation of reports and the analysis of contract term. Override administrative tasks in implementing personnel measures and use Workday for data analysis. Document Management: Learn how to efficiently organize and manage HR documents in order to ensure a smooth operation and convert them into your working day. Multifaceted project support: Bring your flexibility and creativity by working with various HR projects and topics that can develop dynamically and quickly.
