Guided tour & organization Support in the management and further development of our Front Office Team Service and holiday planning Ensuring smooth operations in daily operation Responsibility for Quality Standards and Guest Experience Operating presence Active participation in early or late shifts Host role in direct guest contact Personal care of our demanding international guests Professional complaint management & individual solutions Standards & Systems Working according to the quality requirements of a Leading Hotel of the World Safe handling of Opera Cloud Designing services and further development of our guest journey

Multiannual experience in front office, ideal with leadership experience Trusts with superior hotel and quality standards (LHW of advantage) Very good knowledge of Opera Cloud Organizational and Structured Operation High emotional intelligence in dealing with guests and team You are a host of conviction
