Here you have freeway to get involved: independent processing, auditing and accounting of all business incidents in the area of debitor creditors and property account accounting – for correct, timely financial accounting. Collection of output invoices in the area of debitors including verification of the correct identification of VAT Responsibility for the entire dunning, including clarification of open items and close cooperation with the specialist areas. Responsibility for dunning, including clarification of open positions and close cooperation with the departments. Support of the creditor sector at times relevant to the financial statements Self-monitoring and voting of accounts in the main and secondary book area and carrying out corresponding bookings on these accounts Implementation of all bank bookings Support for liquidity planning and reporting to management. Creation of sales tax forecasts and processing of foreign sales taxes in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors. Working with administrative tasks as well as reporting and certification – and designing efficient processes in the team of a future-oriented industry.

With this you are on the right track with us: Completed commercial vocational training and/or successfully completed studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally in the field of debitors and specialist accounts Ideally completed additional training as accounting skills or the like Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and High Number Affinity Reliable, timely and structured functioning as well as a high degree of self-responsibility Secure handling of SAP FI and MS Office, especially Excel
