Your tasks: • You create order confirmations, place orders and make shipping documents, invoices and customs documents • In close cooperation with the warehouse, create package lists to ensure proper product preparation • You unwind the shipping process and edit residue lists to ensure punctual delivery • You check invoices from suppliers and transport service providers to ensure compliance with the agreements and coordinate the process as a contact person for external service providers

Your qualifications: • You have successfully completed your commercial training or alternatively have experience in a comparable area • Professional experience in export is advantageous, but no requirement • You have good English skills • Through your strong communication strength, you contribute to good cooperation with customers and suppliers
