You coordinate the administrative tasks in the operational integration management (BEM) independently and ensure the smooth running of all processes. As a central contact person, you support employees in the BEM process and coordinate all relevant BEM participants. With your organizational designer, you will prepare conversations, keep your eye on deadlines and ensure reliable documentation. In addition, you support the planning and implementation of measures of occupational health management. Evaluations, publications and reports You prepare yourself and derive potential for improvement. Together with the team, you continuously develop the processes in health management. In addition, you will participate in projects and support the implementation of new health-related initiatives and concepts.

You have successfully completed a degree in health management, human resources management or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you will bring relevant training with corresponding additional qualification and relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have knowledge in occupational health management and know the legal foundations of occupational integration management (BEM). Thanks to your strong communication and consulting skills, you create trust and meet people at eye level. A high level of empathy and appreciation in dealing with different groups of employees is yours. Even complex processes coordinate you structured, the safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, completes your profile.
