Principle and cross-sectional issues: You deal with legal fundamental questions of university-wide relevance and advise the university management and the senate on matters relating to higher education, organization and education. Cooperations and framework agreements: You are responsible for important cooperation agreements between the LMUs and framework agreements of all kinds, ranging from design, negotiation to legally secure implementation. Internal rules: You design internal standards such as statutes and guidelines in close coordination with the respective stakeholders. Transformation and modernization: You advise in the areas of organisational development, (digital) transformation and administrative modernisation and accompany changes in the LMUs legally. Knowledge management: You develop and maintain LMU's legal information management.

Full legal expert It is preferable to have a multiannual experience in the field of counselling and/or non-university research institutions or universities. Contract expert: You have a well-founded competence in the legal areas relevant for cooperation and framework agreements – ideally complemented by experience from the practice of law. Interest in the field of science: You are interested in high school and science issues. Experience from the advice of universities or (extra-university) research institutions – for example in a firm – is a plus, but not a must. clarity and pragmatism: You represent complex legal issues, develop practical solutions and work independently on new issues. Working method: You work reliably, targeted and responsible, are committed, flexible and a real team player. Design joy: You want to actively shape change and digitization processes.
