Trainee Production Manager (m/f/d)

Direct entry into the operating business: You start in the middle of everyday production, get to know all processes step by step and actively participate in daily business. Process improvement & key data analysis: In tandem with the production line, you analyze ongoing production processes, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements directly on site – with instantly measurable results. Controlling operations: You support personnel deployment planning, production control, and monitoring key figures. You will learn how to make and implement operational decisions. Responsibility: Already during the program you conduct first operating sub-areas independently, guide colleagues (m/w/d) in the daily business and actively contribute to a functioning production process. Targeted further development: Through training, workshops and close cooperation with experienced managers, you will be optimally prepared to lead a team in the operational environment later.

Studies: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration (BWL) or in Business Engineering – or you're about to finish. Practical experience: You bring first experience in production or logistics, for example through internships, as a working student (m/w/d) or as part of a dual study. Leadership ambition: You want to take responsibility, make decisions and grow into a leadership position. Structure & Overview: You work organized, keep the whole in mind and actively tackle challenges.
