✓ Coordinating and planning of participant-related courses of support in training, vocational preparation and day-structuring courses ✓ Accompanying the transition of participants in further training offers or social insurance-related employment ✓ Structures of viable relationship structures to participants ✓ Consulting as part of a development-promoting individual case aid ✓ Networking of relevant actors in the context of subscriber-related network work ✓ Implementation of social pedagogical group offers ✓ Documenting the individual conveying procedures ✓ Create reports for cost-beneficiaries and other relevant bodies

Your profile

✓ A completed study of social education, social work or a comparable subject ✓ Embossed communication skills in dealing with different target groups ✓ High team capability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation ✓ Joy in working with people of different personalities and situations of life ✓ Valuable and resource-oriented attitude in dealing with participants ✓ Structured working and a high degree of sense of responsibility ✓ Rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification would be advantageous ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
