SAP FI/CO Team Leader (g.n.) Job – S/4HANA Transformation - Greater Frankfurt am Main

Are you bringing in-depth process know-how in the FI/CO modules and looking for a role with a perfect mix of professional leadership, hands-on-consulting and strategic design playroom? In this in-house position, you take over the technical leadership of the SAP project team and drive the international S/4HANA transformation as well as the future roll-out in a dynamic, cross-border system landscape. You take over the technical leadership of the SAP project team and steer the project resources targeted. You are responsible for the support and further development of the SAP FI/CO landscape in a hybrid structure of existing ECC 6.0 and modern S/4HANA system. You analyze and optimize the global S/4 Core template and accompany the further rollouts into the international branches. You design efficient processes in the financial and controlling environment, ensure seamless connection and drive digitization forward. You are actively engaged in day-to-day business and are driving forward innovation topics – from process automation to targeted use of AI approaches in the financial sector.

At least 7 years of well-founded experience in the SAP financial environment (FI/CO) – ideally complemented by practical knowledge in the operational financial or controlling sector. Very good knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA FI/CO (in particular Actual Costing, Multi-Ledger Accounting, Product Calculation, WBS Accounting, Tariff Determination, Fast Close, Stock Assessment and Fiori Apps). Detectable experience in (international) SAP transformation or roll-out projects of advantage. English knowledge (main working language) and very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) Structured and independent mode of operation, pragmatic problem-solution competence, willingness to design and pleasure in professional leadership.
