You almost completed your dual nursing course? You want to put theory into practice, take responsibility and get through properly? Then you're right with us! We support your development structured, provide a strong team and long-term perspectives. Our newly developed 18-month trainee program prepares you in a practical, scientifically sound and structured manner for the challenges of modern long-term care. Our modular training program combines everyday care and exciting project work. We accompany you through three phases that build up each other, always connected with mentoring, monthly peer meetings and reflection formats: Orientation & role-finding: good integration into everyday care, independent takeover of tasks Specialized deepening & practical project: one day a week we will set you free for your practical development project, for process design and quality work, evidence-based care Professionalization & Leadership: Preparing for professional responsibility and multiplier:internal role, shaping innovative care processes, weekly scientific transfer times Experienced collaborators accompany you as a mentor: both professional, organizational and scientific. The common goal is to strengthen your skills and role identity in long-term care. The program is practical, varied and full of possibilities, so you can bring your own ideas very much.
