In our team we appreciate cordiality, courage and sound decisions. We are looking for our team, in the Cottbus Vocational Training Plant, to the 01.06.2026 one/n Trainers (w/m/d) for our electricians in full time with 40 week hours. The place shall be occupied without delay.

Your job:

• They enable our participants to exercise their learned profession independently, flexibly and professionally in different companies and industries.
• In addition, you organize and accompany internships as well as operational training sections and act as a central contact person for participants in all training-relevant questions.
• In addition, plan, control and control the entire training process, regularly check the performance levels and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to ensure the training objective.
