Job Description

As a specialist (m/w/d) import and export, you are a crucial interface in the field of shipping. With your commercial skill, you make sure everything works smoothly. The dynamics of international trade enthuses you and you are delighted to get in touch with various cultures and markets. You will be active in Reichshof and ensure the efficient handling of worldwide deliveries.

• Creation of shipping documents and customs documents
• Communication with international suppliers and customers
• Collection and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
• Monitoring of delivery dates and deadlines

Job requirements

To succeed in this position, you need a hands-on mentality and an affinity for logistical processes. In Reichshof, both own initiative and the ability to work in a team counts. Here are some skills and qualifications we value:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in shipping, preferably in import and export
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
