Architect / Draughtsman Residential Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is a traditional building association in the Pforzheim area and manages more than 3,000 residential units in the private and commercial sectors. As part of a follow-up scheme based on retirement, we are looking for an architect or building designer (m/w/d) at the next possible time, with interest in a versatile, generalistic activity in a building cooperative.

· Self-adapting of projects according to HOAI, performance phases 1- 9 · Project management in the fields of building and building technology · Planning, tendering, cost control and billing of new construction, rebuilding and renovation and maintenance measures · Competent contact for customers in all project phases

· Completed study of the architect or design artist optimally with registration in the architect chamber, this is optional · Ideally experience in housing construction, also professional beginners · Embossed structural understanding and cross-structural thinking · Teamability, independent and structured operation, flexibility and high reliability
