Storytelling & content strategy: Storytelling is your strength. You’ll start storyboards and scripts, prepare TV interviews and create contributions that understand complex economic topics. Format Development & Target Group Focus: You develop video formats from thought leadership contributions to social clips that target our target groups, and advise internal areas of expertise in the visual implementation of their communication concerns. Project and team coordination: You control external service providers and camera teams, optimize processes and storage structures, create editorial plans and ensure their timely implementation. Trend observation & platform optimization: You’re practicing current video trends, implementing innovative ideas independently and adapting content for different platforms taking into account SEO aspects.

Video Content Manager (w/m/d) will be with us with a successfully completed study of media design or comparable degree and professional experience. You are experienced in dealing with camera equipment and editing programs (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro X or similar programs). You have already gained experience with AI-based tools such as Synthesia or Runway in video production and successfully integrated them into your creative workflow by using them for ideas finding, scripting and editing. Your creativity and passion for business topics are yours. You have a good general education and a pronounced online/social media affinity. You have a strong sense of visual aesthetics and language. Traveling within Germany is easily possible for you. Your strong communicative skills and team spirit complete your qualifications.
