As No. 1 in German high and engineering construction, ZÜBLIN offers a comprehensive range of services and develops tailor-made solutions for construction projects of all kinds and sizes in Germany and abroad. They independently process projects in high and engineering construction including hybrid timber construction techniques in the supply and order phase. On the basis of a BIM model, you create calculations with mass and cost determinations taking into account the economic and technical objectives. They examine tender documents and performance directories and support the purchasing department. They investigate various, realizable construction systems and create variant comparisons. They develop alternatives and special proposals. They agree closely with the team management, prepare documents for costing meetings and participate in technical bidding discussions.

Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture (m/w/d) or comparable training Bring your experience with us – we use it! Knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) of advantage You have very good knowledge in MS-Office. They communicate in writing how orally very well in German.
