About us

Located on the inclusive Alsterdorfer Markt you will find many housing and assistance offers of the Alsterdorf assistenz west gGmbH. And right here, in the midst of an inclusive network and diverse cultural and health services, we are looking for support to accompany everyday life and assistance for our clients. In the apartment houses in the Paul-Stritter Weg, 24 clients live, distributed on three floors, in 12 apartments. The support needs are as diverse as the people who live here and one is safe – it never gets boring!

Your duties

• They support people with assistance needs in their everyday lives.
• They promote the personal resources of people with disabilities.
• They provide assistance in households, shopping and meals and accompany leisure activities and promote an active and self-determined way of life
• They support body care
• They support our interdisciplinary and diverse teams

Your profile

• You have experience in working with people with support needs or desire to work in this field of activity
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities
• They are open, tolerant, respectful in dealing with people and have humor
• You can work independently and are reliable and flexible
• Estimate and introductory capacity for client needs *inside
• You have fun in relationship work, work in the team and work in the social space
