Your job implementation of structured financing and consortial financing, with the work in the deal team being essential for the activity Assessment of financing structures Analysis of economic circumstances, business model, competition, etc., creation of sensitivity scenarios and presentation of results in decision-making templates Communication with customers and/or consortial banks Creation and negotiation of term sheets and participation in the contractual documentation of financing Close cooperation with internal interfaces (in particular market success, legal advice) and external firms
