Activity We as DRV Bund understand ourselves as a modern service provider for retirement and as a reliable partner of other social security institutions. In our Department of Pensions, Pensions and Insurance, we process insurance matters, contributions and all pensions. Furthermore, in the core business, we are responsible for the central contribution point for old age assets. The main focus here is on the promotion by granting pensions under the so-called Riester pensions and the corresponding administrative processes. In addition, there are other exciting fields of activity in the department, for example, in connection with the introduction and implementation of the Digital Pensions Survey, as well as the Central Care Department. It is used in the Community Lab, our Ideas Workshop for Process and Product Improvements for the above-mentioned subjects.

Conducting strategically important training, coaching and workshops using agile methods Planning, development and preparation of workshop and training concepts (including evaluating new methods in the context of innovative and interdisciplinary working methods and adapting to the use of their own services) Implement agile practices, processes and structures Support the field management in the planning and implementation of follow-up meetings with customers (including the execution of an accompanying expectation management with the customers and the collection, analysis and preparation of the feedback) The activity is linked to missions.

You have a completed university education (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a specialist) with several years of current professional experience or completed vocational training with many years of current professional experience You have a certificate as Agile Coach as well as knowledge in the application of agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and OKRs Ideally, you have current professional experience in iterative project work with a focus on process improvements and team development Your personal properties include an empathic, analytical and solution-oriented approach and a structured and agilely organized manner of operation, as well as good observation and sensitivity with the necessary sensitivity for team dynamics.
