Identification of market potentials as well as the development of new offers and a group-wide strategy for the selection offer in close coordination with the Management Board Development and implementation of innovative service and support concepts for electoral performance patients Analysis, standardization and optimization of cross-site processes Close cooperation with the responsible persons of the Klinika and other internal areas Responsibility for key figures, economics, quality standards and the continuous development of the performance portfolio Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements in the field of electoral performance

Successfully completed studies in the field of health management, hotel management or a comparable subject or relevant training with appropriate additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in healthcare, ideally in electoral performance management, patient management or a comparable service area as the hotel industry Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of customer and service orientation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, organisational skill, sovereign occurrence and enforcement Analytical skills and experience in optimizing processes
