Work Planner Acid Protection & Maintenance (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, coordination, control and maintenance of acid-resistant protective systems in the field of acid protection. This includes comprehensive coordination activities in the floor, plant and container area with UP coatings, VE resin laminates, platings, cantings and bases as well as linings of containers. Through on-site visits to our plants and regular control of e.g. leak pits as well as acid-protection tanks and cups, you evaluate possible damages, develop maintenance concepts for the aggregates and are suitable for their planning, coordination and implementation incl. Foreign company coordination responsible. The development and implementation of work plans in cooperation with the parties is your responsibility and, by ordering and providing materials, necessary documentation as well as auxiliary tools, etc., you will ensure a safe, economical and scheduled execution of maintenance measures. You report the progress or completion of maintenance work to the respective companies and ensure compliance with the specific guidelines in the field. In addition, the legally secure documentation and compliance with all relevant occupational safety, environmental and water protection requirements is a matter of course for you. You carry out a quality-oriented review of measures in order to continuously improve workflows, for example by punctual checks carried out with respect to quality, cost and scope of work. In this context, you can identify and drive optimization potentials forward and agree closely with the disciplines, masters and foreworkers. You create production-oriented drawings with CAD, perform measurements on site or in the workshop and maintain master data as well as piece lists in the SAP.

You have a successfully completed technical training as well as a training course for the technician or industrial master in a suitable field. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance in an industrial plant and already have experience in the field of acid protection, maintenance, plant engineering or coating technology. You have a strong awareness of occupational safety and environmental and water protection and are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented operation and a secure handling of SAP and digital documentation systems. You have a strong team capability, versatility and willingness to deploy and bring innovation capability as well as the will to optimize technology and processes.
