Leadership and further development of the field of construction monitoring Technical and economic management of the subject area, possibly Support in project management / project management Construction and public construction monitoring of engineering structures (e.g. bridges, tunnels) and transport systems in the performance phases 8 and 9 of the HOAI Coordination with clients, partners and authorities Participation in the acquisition of engineering contracts

Completed study of civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing./BA/MA) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in construction management/ construction monitoring of engineering structures Management experience Safe handling of MS Office applications Knowledge of VOB Part B and C / HOAI, / BGB - Contract law Exercise handling of relevant computer programs readiness to separate mission driving licence class B
