Your challenge Establishment, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system according to customer and company standards Management and control of quality-relevant documents and coordination of the archiving of operating documents Analysis of customer scorecards and introduction of measures for deviations in quality or logistics Tracking supplier performance and cooperation with suppliers in order to establish corrective measures if necessary Maintenance of customer relationship by ensuring satisfaction with the quality performance at the site Decision on measures for non-compliant products and control of correction and change processes Responsibility for complaint management to customers and suppliers & Ensuring a timely feedback management of the internal audit system in accordance with the required standards, including the maintenance of audit plans, records and corrective measures Control of project quality and APQP activities as well as promoting quality awareness and training at the plant

Your profile Education: Successfully completed university studies in the field of supply chain management, logistics, business management or similar course Professional experience: at least 5 years relevant professional experience in quality management Advanced knowledge in quality management Experience in management systems, PSP, FMEA, PPAP Ideally current qualification for the internal auditor in the relevant management systems

Language knowledge: flowing German and English skills Personality: Very good communication and analytical skills High level of initiative, readiness for performance and enforcement Problem-solving competence as well as a pronounced organizational institution
