Demand analysis of the disciplines, design and installation of the processes in the d3 (d.velop) and SAP system, monitoring of storage processes Direct contact for specialist areas, acceptance of user support and processing of tickets (second level) Analysis, planning and implementation of IT interfaces, business processes and their continuous optimization Training, workshops and presentations Conducting functional and integration tests, vulnerability analyses and ensuring regular technology updates Planning and coordination of service packs, project work and coordination of external service providers

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Ideally prior knowledge in the D3 system of D.velop and SAP Archive Link Strong process understanding Mathematical and analytical skills Knowledge of design, planning and implementation of projects Entrepreneurial, creative and committed thinking and action Impressed social skills
