Professional and disciplinary leadership: responsibility for personnel planning and control and monitoring of work deployment planning, implementation of employee and feedback talks, as well as monitoring of evaluation processes of 10 employees Recruiting and Onboarding: participation in personnel selection in cooperation with HR and ensuring a structured incorporation of new team members Area development: further development of the department as well as optimization of cross-disciplinary processes Complaint Management: Ensuring professional and solution-oriented dealing with complaints Project work: cooperation and support in relevant projects Representation: Acquisition of representation within the area Operational day-to-day business: Active cooperation in ongoing operation

Qualification and Training: Complete training in the field of insurance and finance, banking, insurance (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of insurance, as well as expertise in the aforementioned area of responsibility Leadership competence: Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams Customer orientation: Funded knowledge and demonstrable practice in professional handling of customers as well as pronounced service orientation Consultation strength: Ability to Need- and Solution-oriented Consulting Distributional understanding: Feeling for cross-selling potentials and their targeted use Digital competencies: Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and insurance-specific software Languages: German as well as good English; Dutch knowledge is advantageous Communication capability: Embossed communicative strength as well as safe and convincing appearance Values: For one another, respect and cooperation are of course for you
