Responsible monitoring of demanding infrastructure projects from design to commissioning Professional leadership and further development of the Construction Management team across all trades Economic development of the construction projects, monitoring of the construction design and coordination of the internal and external project participants Superior project responsibility and monitoring of dates, project budgets and quality standards Creating project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering or a qualification as a technician/master with reference to the building industry Multiannual well-founded experience in building management of demanding infrastructure projects Project-related readiness within Germany Very good German – and good English knowledge in word and writing desirable for exchange with international partners and customers High level of communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability as well as fingertips in handling customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders Class B valid driving licence
