So we are looking for: They are responsible for developing and implementing a global CRM strategy You act as a central IMT product manager during operation and in the further development of the Dr. Falk Pharma CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Status Quo) You monitor and coordinate the complete LifeCycle of the product CRM incl. Interfaces, portals and workflows You are in close contact with our key users, or Business partners on the field side, as well as our external integration partners From demand & requirements management, the development of specialist concepts, key user training to the strategic development of the apps & features, everything is in your experienced hands They solve escalations and ensure smooth operation of our CRM platform They support the implementation of the IT strategy and corporate architecture and act as a contact person for your CRM products

A completed training or further training in the field of IT at Fachhochschule At least 8 years of professional experience in the CRM environment (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Veeva) as a product, platform or application manager You can also distinguish yourself as an experienced and loadable (partial) project manager in the area CRM Experience in the regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous Power Pages and Power Platform are not a new country for you You feel at home in the IT world and have great interest in continuously developing in the CRM area They have a targeted, structured, creative and independent way of working with high quality awareness mastery of the German language fluent in word and writing, as well as very good English knowledge we require They convince by safe occurrence, can-do mentality and team skills
