You will independently process written and telephone requests from our sales partners and customers. You ensure that our high quality and process standards as well as the service level requirements are complied with. You support and advise our sales partners and customers. You have a training as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in KFZ insurance. You have a strong customer orientation – you create positive customer experiences. You have the pleasure of calling and the ability to set yourself to different interlocutors. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You work carefully, reliably and have a quick understanding. You are team-ready, flexible and willing to actively set new impulses.
