(Senior) Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)

As part of the legal team, you play a central role in the legal advice of our international group. You work closely with our departments, accompany important corporate projects and bring your legal expertise into strategic and operational decisions. A diverse, wide-ranging field of activity awaits you with high self-responsibility, direct business contact and diverse interfaces within an innovative and international group of companies. Comprehensive legal advice from our departments and group companies in Germany and abroad in all economic matters Legal support of strategic and operational projects in close cooperation with areas such as product development, IT, purchasing, sales and corporate strategy Design, examination and negotiation of national and international treaties of different types Advice on company law issues as well as support for group-wide projects and corporate transactions Identification and assessment of legal risks and the development of practical recommendations for management and the areas of expertise Cooperation with law firms in Germany and abroad Support in the further development and mediation of internal processes, standards and contractual templates

Qualifications You are a:e dedicated:r Full Jury:with pleasure in a broad legal activity in an international business environment. You combine legal excellence with pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking and understand how to convey complex facts in a comprehensible, solution-oriented and address-oriented manner. In addition, you appreciate the cooperation with different disciplines and are happy to take responsibility. The following qualifications bring you: Successfully completed first and second state exams, each at least with the “satisfactory” note Multiannual professional experience (ideally 5–8 years) in the legal department of an international company Experience and routine in independent legal support of projects and in contract negotiations A strong interest in products and their development, in particular in software-based solutions and digital innovations Understanding economic relationships and the ability to evaluate legal risks in practice Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility Impressed communication and team skills as well as joy in working with internal and external stakeholders German and English knowledge in word and writing
