Your tasks

• Together with your team, you will ensure that our affiliated banks are always accessible
• You take telephone calls from bank customers and take care of their concerns
• You provide information on interest bonds, durations and termination dates
• You forward specific requests to the supervised banks
• You answer questions about foreign exchange and cash for travel abroad

Your profile

• Experience in customer service, ideal in the banking environment
• Communication strength and service-oriented setting
• Reliability and durability
• Technical affinity and basic knowledge in online and mobile banking
• Advantages of knowledge in the fields of construction finance, travel agents and precious metals
