Strategic and operational overall responsibility for group-wide personnel management Direct reporting to the management and close consultation in all personal questions Development and control of HR processes and change projects – especially in organisational development Construction and development of modern, international personnel control Conception and implementation of a group-wide development and training programme Close cooperation with local HR teams within the group

Complete study in the field of BWL, economic psychology or comparable qualification with relevant HR further education Multiannual experience in senior HR function, ideally in a manufacturing company with international corporate structure Knowledge of labour, social security and collective labour law and occupational pension schemes Safe handling of wage and salary billing as well as adjacent topics German and English skills Representative communication and leadership skills Very good user knowledge in MS Office and SAP
